The project ties in with the historical development pattern. The existing grain is taken over and reinterpreted. Eight volumes are respectfully rebuilt or expanded, three volumes are demolished and six volumes are rebuilt. Form and language are given for all volumes. The development thus remains legible as an independent urban area. The density is increased from 22 residential units to new and converted 56 residential units.
