Remodeling and expansion of a private house in Gravelone

The hillside house was renovated and rebuilt. It has its own charm due to the mezzanine floor. The open and transparent character of the house is enhanced by the new flowing spatial structure. The architectural interventions reveal a theatrical enfilade on the central entrance level, which makes it possible to perceive the building as a whole. From there, the view plunges into the heart of the living area of the lower level and through the large windows towards the city. The selection and application of materials is reduced, so that the effect of the room can fully unfold. The building engineering was adapted and renovated.
