The property between the motorway and railway line marks the western entrance to the city of Sierre. The nearby motorway provides an optimal connection.

The new headquarters has an unobstructed view of the entire Rhone Valley. The implementation supplements the existing system and offers a clear separation of operations between emergency vehicles and visitors. A landscape base allows the vehicle battery to be organized in the lower seat with a new exit, while the visitors use the existing entrance to the site. Two vertical cores distribute the floors with the important service rooms.

The program is divided into floors. Double heights allow a spatial connection between the different uses. The pedestal organizes the emergency vehicles in an efficient and rational way. The public entrance is upstairs with the cafeteria and the common programs.

The heliport marks the end of the system and creates a large for-roof.
